What VENTERRA does
One accountable contractor
All of it sits inside one company. There is one point of responsibility, not a chain of subcontractors.
Design
Air exchange, equipment selection, specification. If there is no design, we develop it.
Production
Ducts and fittings are made in our own workshop in Zoravan, Kotayk, to the dimensions of the site.
Supply
Air handling units, fans and heat recovery units, direct from manufacturers in China and Russia.
Installation and commissioning
Our own crews handle installation and commissioning.
Warranty
1 year on work, 3 years on part of the equipment.

How the work is organised
Source data
Design documentation or floor plans, the purpose of the rooms, the stage of the building and the general contractor's schedule.
Calculation and proposal
An engineer works out your building from the data you send and prepares a proposal with the payment terms.
Production and supply
We make the ducts in our own workshop while the routes are being prepared, and supply the equipment directly.
Installation and commissioning
Our own crews install: measurements on every branch, balancing, as-built documentation.
